Shipping Policy
HDProParts ships orders across the United States. We work with trusted carriers to deliver your parts safely and as quickly as possible.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping methods & delivery time
Depending on the size and weight of your order, we may ship via parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) or by freight. Estimated delivery time is typically 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.
Oversized & heavy items
Some large or heavy parts may require freight shipping, a liftgate service, or delivery to a commercial address. Additional fees may apply. If any extra charges are required, our team will contact you for approval before shipping.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. In-store pickup may be available at our Candler, NC location upon request.
Damaged shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items arrive damaged or missing, contact us within 2 business days with your order number and photos of the package and parts. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping limitations
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For any special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in every purchase from HDProParts. If you have issues with your order, please review the guidelines below and contact us for assistance.
Return window
Unless otherwise stated, most eligible parts may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return conditions
To qualify for a refund, items must generally be:
- in new or unused condition (unless the item was sold as used/remanufactured);
- free of installation marks, damage, or contamination (oil, grease, etc.);
- returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories where possible;
- accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- electrical and electronic components that have been installed or plugged in;
- special-order or custom parts;
- items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Restocking fees & return shipping
A restocking fee of up to 15–20% may apply to certain returns, especially if the part has been opened or repackaging is required. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to request a return
Please contact us with your order number, part number, and reason for return. Do not ship items back before receiving return instructions from our team. This helps us track your package and process your refund faster.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or non-refundable shipping charges. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Warranty Policy
HDProParts offers warranty coverage on many of the parts we sell. Warranty terms may vary depending on the manufacturer, the type of part, and whether it is new, used, or remanufactured.
New parts
Most new parts are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage periods and terms differ by product. In general, manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship only.
Used & remanufactured parts
Used and remanufactured parts may include a shorter, limited warranty or “start-up” guarantee. Details will depend on the part and supplier. Please ask us if you need specific warranty information before purchasing.
What is not covered
Warranties generally do not cover:
- improper installation, misuse, or neglect;
- normal wear and tear;
- damage from accidents, modifications, or other external causes;
- labor, towing, rental vehicles, or downtime costs.
Warranty claims
If you believe a part is defective under warranty, contact us with your order number, part number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will review your claim and coordinate with the manufacturer or supplier as needed. In some cases, parts may need to be inspected or returned before a replacement or credit is issued.
